The most value of this hotel is the good customer service, friendly and clear communication of this hotel staff. They tried to help you almost everything that you asked for, even help my daughter send the post card to her grandmother cause we couldn't find where is the place sell stamps nowadays. The family room where we stayed has a smart European design, which creating more space for using, with large mirrors with tailoring details such as white towels indoor and gray towels in pool/beach, beach mattress, beach sandals, water bottles, electric kettle, teabags and coffee...

This hotel was perfect for our family. We thought all the facilities were great. The family room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard every day fresh bath towels and beach towels provided. We lived that there was a beach bag, beach mat, flip flops and two large umbrellas provided in the room. The pool area is lovely and was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. This Hotel was also less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and literally just off the main street of Karon where there are lots of bars, restaurants,ships etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My son and I fell ill during our stay and they had a Dr. To our hotel room within 30 minutes. They also organised our taxi to the airport when. We were headed home. Great experience for us all round. Highly recommend.

Breakfast - enjoyed the variety Location - perfect for beach & shops Main pool - great length & handy having bar & food menu Loved having sliding door to open at night and balcony Most staff very helpful & friendly. Enjoyed the Kiri restaurant for the acai bowls and dinner - so close to the hotel.

The staff is so lovely and helpful. The room is clean with a very good scent in it and also all fully equipped - hairdryer, bathrobes, kettle, slippers. Wifi is free and superb. The location is so excellence. This is the most valuable hotel I've experienced.

Lots of useful items provided in the room such as beach towels, a beach mat, umbrellas and flip flops. Rooms are excellent and having a balcony is a positive too, nice to sit out on at night. Location was a huge positive here, just a minutes walk to the beach and even less to the main strip of shops and restaurants.

The pillows and bed were comfortable, the location was ideal for walking to the beach, plenty of amenities for beach and swimming trips were provided, and the hotel was of exceptional value. I always enjoyed the swimming pool and had a great balcony view. They even left some adorable towels folded to resemble elephants.

Great location. Can't remember the exact terminology, but the better pool view room on the 4th floor was excellent and spacious. The standard room where we had to spend one night due to availability was fine, but a bit short on space for bags etc. The back side of the hotel also a bit noisy with Karon nightlife. Best features were short walk to the beach and restaurants and town life just up the short lane. Staff helpful with arranging ride to next location.

The size of the room and bed was big and a good size balcony. Really liked the location in walking distance of many places (massages, restaurants, 7/11, beach) also have a beach blanket in the room you can borrow. It was my partners birthday so I always appreciate when hotels acknowledge and they displayed a lovely welcome in the towel shapes and flower petals.

It is a nice place, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is really cool (a lot of choices and shuffled day by day). The hotel is close to the beach (3 minutes walking), and there are multiple vedors on the same street (fruits, trips, clothes, massage). They also offer 10% less at their restaurant if you are sleeping here.
